Pam The Jam 

Pam Corbin, also known as Pam the Jam, has been in the food industry for over 30 years and began her career when she and her husband owned the company 'Thursday Cottage', where they produced specialist marmalades, jams, fruit curds. They supplied many independent retailers including Fortnum and Mason and was awarded "The Best Speciality Food Producer" in 2001. Pam has extensive knowledge in making all kinds of preserves and is often the person people turn to for any jam making advice. Her latest book is full of her amazing recipes and tips, plus it looks beautiful on your shelf!

Rosie's Preserving School

Love Jars provide high-quality preserving and canning equipment, perfect for jam makers of any skill levels. They also have a wide range of recipes available on their site as well as Rosie's Preserving School where you can learn from Rosie how to make delicious preserves in the comfort of your own home!
