Grown on our farm in Herefordshire and harvested in the height of the season, these red currants are Individually Quick Frozen, strigged to remove stalks and hand-selected before making their way to your doorstep.

Packaging:

  1. 3kg re-sealable plastic pouch bag
  2. 14kg commercial poly-lined cardboard box. (Note the plastic liner is to protect the fruit and is not designed to hold the fruit weight therefore should not be lifted out of the box).

Box Dimensions: 440 x 250 x 240 mm (L x W x H).

Serving suggestion: Ideal for redcurrant jelly or jams. Delicious addition to sauce or jus for dark meat (e.g. Venison, pheasant or lamb).
