Organic Frozen Redcurrants
Our Organic British Redcurrants are grown on our farm in Herefordshire and they have a fruity but tart flavour. They're perfect for making redcurrant jelly, or redcurrant sauce. They also make a delicious addition to a sauce or jus to enjoy with dark meats like lamb or venison.
This organic fruit is accredited organic by the Soil Association, and we harvest them at optimum ripeness during the peak of their season - so you have the highest quality, hand-selected fruit.

- 3kg re-sealable plastic pouch bag
- 12kg commercial poly-lined cardboard box. (Note the plastic liner is to protect the fruit and is not designed to hold the fruit weight therefore should not be lifted out of the box).
Box Dimensions: 440 x 250 x 240 mm (L x W x H).
Serving suggestion: Ideal for redcurrant jelly or jams. Delicious addition to sauce or jus for dark meat (e.g. Venison, pheasant or lamb).
