Frozen Chuckleberries

Available in 3kg bags or 12kg boxes, chuckleberries are a hybrid between a redcurrant, gooseberry and jostaberry (a jostaberry already being a hybrid of a gooseberry and blackcurrant). This large mix of different flavour profiles has resulted in a dark red/purple fruit around the size of a blackcurrant, with a complex, yet delicious taste.

Chuckleberries provide vibrancy and sharpness to cooking, whilst simultaneously being sweet - making it an incredibly exciting ingredient to use. They make a delicious fruity jam or refreshing ice cream. 

Grown on our farm in Herefordshire, chuckleberries are individually quick frozen, hand-selected and frozen for you to enjoy all year round.

a. 3kg resealable plastic pouch bag – recyclable.
b. 12kg commercial poly-lined cardboard box - note: the plastic liner is to protect the fruit and is not designed to hold the fruit weight therefore should not be lifted out of the box.
